Hey there Mitch! make sure you say Troy, when you speak about the inside tech leaders. As the other leader has as much sales as the outside leaders.
Inside tech leaders are a joke. They do nothing and bring nothing to the table. Completely disengaged
STS has been over compensated for years for just selling a lot of chrome deals and they took all incentive dollars from vendors to pay their reps and shared none of it with the acct mgrs that were actually bringing them the deals. About time the comp plan was updated. Half of the reps don’t even work two hours a day.
Maybe it’s time they realize you can not motivate with the comp plan they’ve created. STOP TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR PEOPLE.
