Got wfr on a Monday and my last day on a Friday! Isn’t that odd? What Happened to 2 weeks notice?!?!

That's because you live in the US and let them pass "Right to Work" way back in the late 90's which was the biggest lie to employees, but on top of that your work laws are the worst. I got 7 months package but live in outside of the US(APJ region) and where I live we have stronger laws
2 weeks notice is what employees do. Dell generally gives till the end of the week for AMER region. The last 4 layoffs for my org was the same.
If they do not want you, then why stick around a minute longer?
I got laid off during covid and I'm still getting a deposit every 2 weeks

Nobody has to give anybody in a right to work state. You just quit and they can tell you to leave now.
You have to give them at least two weeks' notice, they don't have to give you anything.
