No surprise here and extremely timely! This acquisition company should have been stopped a long time ago. Thankfully, I am no longer a slave of this company. They are not in the business of healthcare, they don't care about their employees, members, or customers. They are well known for denying care because they can.

The only care about shareholders. The leadership cares about their multi-million dollar paychecks and bonuses. It's all lip service. They always take the cheapest way out by offshoring, withholding salary increases and bonuses etc.

Did anyone see their financials? They had record profits; the leadership must be laughing all the way to the bank. Shame on the Dept of Justice who works for US, we the people, for allowing this company to become this behemoth.

Now it is time to tear is down and tear it apart. It has destroyed the healthcare ecosystem. It has ruined companies like Change Healthcare and others that it has acquired. This is going to be fun to watch... a movie in the making.

Sadly they will probably throw the right money in the right pockets to try to make this disappear. But I would love to see the DOJ and the FTC take this behemoth down and break it up.
