Too little too late. Merger should have been blocked. DOJ will not find anything wrong. It is just smoke and screens to save face on their previous charade
As a consumer, Unitedhealthcare enrollment automatically assigns you to OptumRx pharmacy. I am trying to opt out of OptumRx and it's not easy. Antitrust law is the law of competition. In my experience, Unitedhealthcare minimizes pharmacy competition.
