And your merit increase is not in effect until October 1st, assuming they will honor that at the time
I got 95% * 81% (manager recommended) = 76.95%. However, last year was my busiest year at Teradata, and I received the lowest recommendation. So, you know, this is a sign that they want to let you go, although the manager still explains that you are a key contributor to the team and need to help younger team members grow.
I got 75% and merit increase is less than inflation. I’m pi---d!

In USA the AIP bonus is included with the usual Friday March 8 paycheck deposit.

Nope, my manager even said that the number that I received was different than what they had recommended. Seems like managers had no say in it.
