Did you get 4 weeks per year service ?
To a max of 2 years ?
Did you get base value of STIP for 2 years?
Any value to benefits and pensions included in total dollar offer?
I've contacted a lawyer. Seems fair but also seems a little light for a long term employee.
Indians got 4.8 weeks per year
Caucasians got 4.0 weeks per year.

There’s a post on here that said that under 4 weeks per year get a lawyer. It mentions 4.8 weeks for recent layoffs and 5.2 weeks per year for VWO.
Google Samfiru calculator to see if the offer is fair based on Common Law. You don’t have to sign anything by a deadline as that is a pressure tactic. The Samfiru lawyer has a bunch of YouTube videos. I watched them all in preparation but survived. Hope this helps!
