How is that 11 on and 4 off agreement going along in your neck of the woods..
Extra boards are being depleted and out of 13 to 15 hired, only 2 or 3 if that make training in our Terminal.
So where and how much now...

The BLET needs to go. It was more predictable before. Now we never no when were going to work or where were going to work. Vena is an id--t and running this company in the ground. I think the BLET worships the ground he walks on. We had flip rates disappear. 12 hrs undisturbed rest disappear. Now we get called to work places I haven’t been in 20 years. The whole service unit has no desire to do anything to help the company be successful. The BLET stutters when ask what is going on. It’s a mass confusion. A company that ran by people who should not be in the transportation field. The company and union is running it in the ground over nickle a dime change. It’s just starting. Bye Bye customers. Thank the union, the company, Congress, and yes Trump. He won’t buck against U.P. They fired Vena once then made him the CEO, that says a lot. The point, working conditions have never been worse.
Vena is intentionally sabotaging the 11-4, we haven’t even seen the real 11-4 yet. They aren’t following what’s in the agreement. Their “interpretations” change every day.
UP controls the crew boards and the agreements and the unions.
Union Pacific.
Some like it, some dont. The boards are pretty much always shot. They are trying to run bare minimum. Most times trains are being prompted for hours for no one to be available to send a train. It could be avoided but we all know how UP wants to try to get more with less. You will work off your rest. Get 23 forced after four starts. And working into your off time on your 11th day. Dont give them control of the boards it would be a lot better.
Let them have control of the board they'll figure it out eventually that you can't run with minimum.
This is what happens when you give the company control of boards
