All the signals are there. It’s time to leave this place. Many of us are not satisfied with our jobs, the work environment is, to put it mildly, unpleasant, and pay is not exactly worth it. From now on, we can expect only more cuts and layoffs, more stress and pressure from the top, and I do not see this company going in any direction that would make it worth it to try and ride it out. I already started looking for other jobs. You should too.

@pzi+1rhRvxR2 Severance agreements have clauses saying not to share what you got. Full time employees may get 3 weeks plus 2 years for each year or partial year employed, and 2U paying COBRA premium for approximately the same number of months.
I feel for those laid off today and wish you the best. I’m sorry to even ask this but if I can’t find another job first, is anyone willing to share info on severance? Not asking for numbers but just curious if generally, those laid off have been taken care of.
