How large is the IT team in India? How many leaders?
And now UNH leadership team expect Wipro to rebuild their systems? I guarantee those systems will go down the tube as soon as they come online; just the way these Outsourcing companies work. Next will be them loosing AD/DC and then finally ship will sink.
Across the board, the board will feel the affects of the cost cutting, outsourcing and sending jobs overseas. saved a hundred million at a cost of billions in market cap and whatever fallout comes. 100x

The Optum HD is 10000 times worse than the CHC HD and WiPro combined! Maybe they can show the Optum side how to do the needful. Over it and the lack of communication, respect and resources to give a tad bit of assistance for a SIMPLE issue.
