take a look around the org chart or read one of those emails announcing a reorg. you’ll see all sorts of people engaged in some sort of strategy or another. if anybody was any good at strategy we’d be a company that people want to work at that was making enough money to not lay people off all the time.
if your job has the word strategy in it or you’re in one of the 50 groups that are in charge of determine a strategy, you’re no good at it.
