Hello, My husband is getting laid off. Can anyone clarify when medicsl insurance will be ending? He has a teams meeting tomorrow.

If you are in the US, I believe (but am not certain) that the severance pay includes 6 months of cost of COBRA insurance, and I believe that is to cover all dependents currently covered by the medical plan. I believe you can search E-Link for Severance Pay Plan and or Project Willow Severance Plan or something of the sort to find the US Plan posted on line in E-Link (the company intranet). No idea about Canada though. Best of luck to you and your family. I know this is difficult.
Isn't there a bridge benefits program being offered by the provider? I know there was one during the voluntary program.
Yes, if he is Canadian, I can confirm the 29th is the last day of benefits. I was very disappointed by this, the could have extended for a couple months for sure!!!!
I don’t know what I am going to do now with only 2 days left in the month.
FTE here and was laid off yesterday. My benefits end on Feb 29. Disappointing for sure.
