Training a replacement is the red line. I do not care if I am having a new job lined up by then, I am not doing it. Is there a reason to allow them to squeeze you like a lemon and then discard you like you are nothing? Nope.

So we're talking about morality here in a situation where they are taking away people's livelihoods to exploit cheap labor in the global South?? Got it got it. Nielsen is God, honor Nielsen always.
To get the severance.
Also, as long as you are taking Nielsen's money, you morally owe them a day's work for a day's pay.
Absolutely not. If they ask me to do that in exchange for severance I’ll just agree while making a wa----g motion with my other hand and then make myself unreachable & unresponsive. They’re gonna fire me either way. Why help them?
