How many do you know? I know four high caliber, quality team members who have taken their VCIP and run for the exit. Such a shame what the ELT has done to this once great company.

Well... There's six at Billings.
Glad to hear from Lashier when he was in town a couple weeks back that the attrition problem has calmed down. Have just lost what? An eighth of our salaried staff in the last year to voluntary resignations? And most of them 15+ year employees. That's healthy...
He doesn't bug me like Gonzo does. He's smart and quiet mostly. A poor public speaker and judge of character, but not a rampaging a--hole at least.
Don't forget the Plant Manager, ok.
Up to five at Billings since VCIP. That's a lot for a site our size, and on the heels of probably a dozen in the year previous. As long as we have this disaster of an ops manager, we're going to keep losing talent.
At least three here at Billings so far. Feel like there's one or two more close to pulling the cord.
