I am guessing the cops were in North York? Will they be at TOC as I have not heard of anyone let go today.
Cynthia was speaking with a Sheriff. They were probably discussing the plan for today to have an increased presence and escort people out if needed.
I can confirm that there are police present and they are there for the layoffs.
cops? they sent cops to deal with a bunch of geeky engineers and pencil neck accountants? they should have just sent in a ryan renolds look alike and some hooter server to distract the bunch
Not sure about the police but the taxis lining up outside the building is pretty normal during layoffs.
They were doing speed enforcement.
This is very typical in these situations. Same with a line up of taxis.
There appeared to be extra security guards around today, getting a tour of the facility.

I hope and suspect this is untrue. Waste of police time and resources.
