The culling begins tomorrow!! But in all seriousness the accounts need to be grouped over phases to the new licensing model. When that’s done, the people (tams) no longer needed will be let go. Don’t know when but summer sounds reasonable or q3

Came sooner than summer. It's the first day of Spring in the northern hemisphere.

Any thoughts on the new strategy that was announced last week?

Well if you look at Andy Nallapan’s LinkedIn you can see he specializes in outsourcing. So if your org is under him you’ll be getting the axe soon enough.

CSG has sc--wed and continues sc--wing so many roles. ATS and TAMs have no clarity and speaks to the general direction of CSG. Both ATS and TAMs are unhappy, management from both sides are unhappy ultimately customers will feel the pain.

Layoffs are a regular event for a while now, so they are happening regularly. Why wait till early summer

They have removed all redundant TAMs already. The remaining TAMs will transition into a new role, ending up as personal assistants to the ATS.

It’s possible. I know the TAM organization is going to be obsolete once they transition everything over to the ATS. Why wouldn’t they be laid off by summer?
