Job opportunities - experiences?

I have started scouting for a new job ever since this protracted thriller/horror “death by thousand cuts” started. I’ve had several interviews, some job offers, but nothing really that would make me quit right now. I can confirm that there are jobs to be found. Nothing miraculous, but beats being jobless. How about you, guys?

In our department they are cutting hours in half or not even providing work hours so you're basically working for 3/4th's of your past pay history.

waiting for a severance when they are pushing you out to find a healthy pay check with benefits . what a strategy they planned to get rid of people.

Waiting for severance is a bad idea. Get a job now before everyone else is looking

Just got a today after two rounds of greag interviews. 55% pay increase too.

I’m a subject matter expert and specialist in one particular product that nobody else on my team has experience in either.

I will be putting in my notice shortly and I have no intention on training my replacement.

Keep in mind - wayyyy easier to find a job when you HAVE a job. Talk to some of your colleagues that have already left and see what their experience is like!
