I love how one person here is saying that C15’s might be forced to become C14, yet another thread is saying that the C14 role is being eliminated.
What I heard. Fs. How about, read the friken updates, then read again. If still unclear consult with your LM/hr partner.

Many C15s reporting to other key C15 talent will be forced to be svp c14 or out. Only c1ts will be people managers. All c14 and below will now be individual contributors no more managing people only c15 and c16s will manage people. So for those who are svp managers your title will change to IC if your still here
