Nvidia acquire Intel?

In 2007 i think intel tried to acquire Nvidia, now intel feels like steal for Nvidia and own foundry + cpu + gpu

The acquisition makes full sense in the context of owning all the verticals and squeezing out maximum efficiency in every stage of process from foundry to cpu fine tuning for gpu to building machine learning laptops and servers. since other cloud companies are building chips with tsmc there is no threat of monopoly and can clear European and Chinese courts.

Bidenomics won’t allow it… also antitrust would likely bring such deal down. Not gonna happen…

Ndvia has zero experience at chip fabbrication so why should it acquire Intel while it is doing so well with TSMC at the moment?

Intel has zero value to Nvidia.
Nvidia wants to multi source.

Buying Intel would hurt relations with other foundries and expose them to huge capex risk.

It would by monumentally stupid and Nvidia management is anything but stupid.

Why would they want to get into the model that everyone else has been getting out of? Separating design from manufacturing is what Intel needs to do if any part of the company is going to succeed. Just because Nvidia now has a lot of money and growth doesn't mean they want to waste it. Intel is in a downward spiral for a lot of reasons. No one with a brain will want to try to fix Intel's toxic culture. The company is mired in the past. Changing the mindset of people who think they are always right when they are actually wrong isn't possible or at least not worth the effort and frustation. If anything TSMC or venture capitalists will eventually buy Intel when it becomes cheap enough just for the factory space. Fire the current employees and replace them from the ground up with new employees who can adapt to change.
