If I am not on a chopping block now, I will be soon. I’ll just stick strictly to completing what I am supposed to do per my job description, and put all my energy into looking for a new job. I wouldn’t even mind being paid less, for as long as I am not a part of a poorly managed and toxic working environment.

@mqx+1rg8pbpp Feel the same.Im miserable in my position.
Have been told no pay rise and feel stuck.
I feel like im being forced to leave.More and more pressure and less pay due to increased targets.
I actually hate getting up to work here every day.
I’m pretty miserable in my position since they’ve changed everything about the way it operates now anyway I’m just waiting. They’ve made it impossible for me to progress and I’m sure there will be additional punishments for this.
Best call, unless you are willing to butkiss as a peak career skill time at Dell will eventually lead to layoff. You are doing the right thing. Keep looking. If something better is offered take it. Good luck in the interim. The fake leadership is exhausting.
@axc+1rg8pbpp Thanks Tom from HR.
Never blame others for your own situation.
You are where you are in job wise because of the path you chose.
Take control of your life. If it’s that bad then get out.
Own it.
I'm avoiding any unneeded meetings and focusing on things that I can transefer to another role, in or outside of Dell. I think this RTO is going to cost them some very good and talented people.
This isn't the Dell that it was 5 years ago.
Fully agree. If not now then when is the prevailing thought amongst pretty much my entire team. I'm not going anywhere until severance but I am prepping myself for when it inevitably does happen and trying to assign myself less and less responsibility in the interim
