This screams mismanagement and exceptional cruelty. I am sorry now that I spent so many years working here. None of us have ever been valued or paid enough, and now we are being treated and discarded like office supplies. For months now, and for god knows how long. Horrible place, horrible mgmt.

It’s a horrible way to work; moral and focus deteriorating daily.
Leadership still struggles to understand their people. “If they don’t like it they can leave”…..”if they can’t handle the stress they should quit”….”why do they stay if they are unhappy”……
Leaders have forgotten what it’s like to be insecure of yourself, they don’t remember what it was like to come to work because you enjoyed your coworkers and pay was not that important.
People are just asking for some compassion and do remember that all these plans that failed were put into place by you but it’s the hourly employees that are paying for your mistakes.
