I lost all the motivation to work. It’s not about possibly losing a job, but boarding a sinking ship every Monday.

I thought I typed this, but you are so right!
There's no clear direction or communication on how the company heads and the layoff was so poorly planned, along with all the Q1/Q2 work.
You CANT motivate people when there is NO clear vision. SMDH
Macys is going to be sold .. so do not overwork yourself... if they say do this and that just say yes and take your sweet time
Omg...took identical words out of my brain. + being pushed to work harder, be better, when i just feel like saying FOR WHAT.
And then reading the dang news about world affairs, glooooomy sunday for me :(
