Curious with severance, do you keep or forfeit unvested RSUs?

Anything that hasn’t vested as of the date you end employment is forfeited.
In my experience, they might let you have the next quarterly vest but not beyond that.
For senior executives, I've seen several get make work jobs that last a couple of quarters that, based on timing, I always assumed were either to allow additional vesting or time to find another job.
