Upper management have no clue what they are doing, just start applying around ~8 months after they're fired. Great perks, company, etc. over all -- just management from Tyson foods has no clue what they're doing here.

Bad move from Lennar giving a stranger all the power to do all IT decisions. The Tyson guy is a Dictator and it’s not going to end well for Lennar.
How long these Tyson people are going to stay ?
The recent layoffs are mismanagement from company hoppers (CTO) and now once wonderful company is filled with Ex-Tyson directors , managers. The just hired manager from Tyson in the midst of layoffs with travel perks. Really !
