M knows that the deal isn’t going through at $40. He has probably read the small print unlike everyone holding out for $40 from the HPE sale. I don’t know a single person at Juniper that is holding stock. We know but the market hasn’t worked it out yet. When they do the stock will crash. M is being sensible. Wouldn’t you in his position? Always read the small print.

Hope this is a lesson to all that stayed with juniper after reading this site for years and seeing how bad management is and was. When your c-suite doesn’t give a care about you, they’re doing something shady. Then again there was that random CEO dude for 11 months that acted like he cared. This was obvious. Many people on here were warning you guys. I jumped ship in 2021 but should have in 2013 with the rest of the group.

It's risky to hold Juniper stocks as if the deal doesn't go through, the stock price will plunge 35% right away.

Insider or not ... why would you keep vested JNPR stock at this point? IF everything works out the price will be $40 by the end of the year when HPE buys JNPR. When selling now you are within 5% of those $40 and can make those 5% with a virtually risk free ETF until end of the year.

They are hedging their bets if the sale does not happen and are taking advantage now with the stock price artificially up due to the potential sale. You can't blame them, they know if they do not have a seat after the purchase is completed it will be difficult for them to find a similar position due to how poorly they have managed Juniper.

Left Juniper and then sold Cyphort to Juniper but didn’t come back with the deal. Came later on his own. He’s in it for himself.
