Did Juniper switch from major layoff rounds to a slow trickle of layoffs? It feels like that's what's been happening for a while now.

I heard of some today. Must be doing small batches at the beginning of every month.

Yea, the once annual layoff was always a myth. There’s almost always been quieter rounds throughout the year. You can think of some layoffs as humane firings - some people obviously don’t have the talent and drive to contribute, but no one enjoys outright firing people.
This is not a new thing. This has been happening for a while.
