Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Transformation??…

The messaging around these layoffs is about efficiency and transformation. What do y’all think will come out of the transformation office? A major shake up, a crashing of the org chart at the VP level, or is this all for show? Who is going to be your new boss next week? Thoughts, rumours, wishes?…

@1obf+1rdvuzjp - I’m sure it’s possible to see another round of layoffs in the summer but i find that unlikely. There isn’t any business sense in doing that. Furthermore, I’m fairly well connected and I haven’t heard a peep about it. Lastly, do a better job with your spelling and grammar it’s atrocious.

Transformation by N75 and MKinsey in bed together
yes promote MG the not very capable FOGE who has spent with mckinsy yes ask the finace people more than $30 million!!!!!!!
they then use mckinsy to cretae rumours and spereeeed bad information and create internal fights and so easy then to justify layoff hard working enbridge workers. this layoff is just the start wait until summer dear friends

Just like BOEF, after next week you will never hear of "The Next 75" again.
They'll pay some consultant a couple of million to come up with a catchy name for the next wave of layoffs.........

This round is about reducing Operational costs on people. There may be some structural changes that happen as a result, but that’s not the primary focus.

The Next 75 will be the grand restructuring, and they’ve already implied there’ll be more cuts to come as part of that.
