Seeing lots of GCC Promotions, it only tells one thing

The associates who work in the GCC, to put it nice, are challenged. US associates have to do their jobs also.
GCC stands for 'Global Capability Centers'. It's TU corporate speak for their offshore locations, mostly in India, some in Costa Rica and Phillipines.

Do we know which teams or who will be affected? Like, are they going by performance/considering employees going to office regularly?
Or its totally random?
Yes, next round of layoffs are coming in March. Not sure if it’s going to be in mid March or end of March
Has anyone heard anything when the next layoffs are coming?
It tells that more lay offs are on the way and the GCC will soon be the majority of the workforce
