The associates who work in the GCC, to put it nice, are challenged. US associates have to do their jobs also.

GCC stands for 'Global Capability Centers'. It's TU corporate speak for their offshore locations, mostly in India, some in Costa Rica and Phillipines.

Yes, next round of layoffs are coming in March. Not sure if it’s going to be in mid March or end of March
