Sounds Like,
they are swapping out the hangman for a Ax wielding execսtioner,
that would be more in line with company values.

Go to the outside for any help including your local news. Sympathetic ears are all over. You just have to find one.

Now it's not just retaliation but death for reporting things. Or shall I say accidental?

HR and management play the grey area once you report anything. You will slowly realize this after you came forward. They also try to slur your good name in rumors started by them. Look out if you don't have a perfect record already with the company because they start to dig into everything.

Boeing Leaders can say whatever they want about zero tolerance against retaliation. Fact is many employees don't believe them. There are plenty of Boeing managers that retaliate against employees with help from Boeing HR and Ethics. Boeing managers know they can get away with it time after time. I worked for one of these Boeing managers and they got bolder and bolder each time they got away with how they mistreated employees. You may think you can turn to Boeing HR or Ethics, but you can't and that would be foolish because Boeing HR and Ethics can easily identify you. Then the first thing Boeing HR or Ethic does is alert your manager, the same person who is mistreating you.

These so called "removals" were always in the plan for anyhow. So this is just the usual smoke and mirrors PR spin to jack up stock price for better executive severance packages. Nothing positive has happened at Boeing for decades. Just the faces and names change...but still clueless nepo inbreeding. Same as its always been since Conduit moved the company to the dark side 30 years ago. And given the destruction in talent over the past 30 years, Boeing's problems are NOT temporary or fixable (even though Boeing stock hawks are working hard to convince fools otherwise), especially given the far more capable aerospace competition that now exists.

So true. I had issues years ago with retaliation. They were trying desperately to get me in any way they could. Fortunately one person came to my rescue within the company. Never had a problem since.

I like the aspect of a reporting hot line but everyone knows our company and others have ways to find out who you are and retaliate against you. A person raising a family has no choice but to fall in line.
