We're already severely understaffed. Who is left to lay off?

There’s plenty of people to layoff. Quit your whining !!!!
"Don't worry, they'll find plenty to cut." But they won't let go of themselves. They could widdle this layoff down significantly if they would let go of half the VPs, if they were truly worried about "cutting costs".
