This board is proof that there are plenty of those who want out. Why not give them a chance to volunteer?

We are just numbers at the end of the day. If you’re unknown to the guy in HR or whoever in management in charge of cutting people loose you’ll just be let go - end of the story.
Some organizations have offered packages to volunteers who save other's jobs during layoffs. TC not a leader or even a follower in this area.
If they know you want to leave, they wouldn't lay you off. They don't want to pay severance.
Yinz need to get on board with the 1TC culture. One BU makes a big azz mistake and people completely removed from the projects lose their jobs just to keep the company afloat. Senior leaders DO NOT care about you! FP will move on to the next gig after he gets a parachute and the next leader with little marbles will step up and make the same careless decisions. Investors over employees ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
They want to own you and control when you come and go. They are "the man". You are the machine.
