I've heard some conflicting info, such as commercial teams not getting any 4th quarter '23 SIP bonus, and AIP-eligible employees getting paid out on March 15th but yet without any detail on the % payout. I've asked the HR person multiple times for details before I sign the severance agreement, but alas, crickets.

I heard that anyone who received SIP in 2023 will not be eligible for AIP at all
What does 50% mean? Like 50 % of our usual bonus payout? When will we get bonus!
Thanks for the intel here. Appreciated.
Everybody is getting enrolled in the Jelly of the Month club.
The AIP percentages have been implemented as follows: 50.3% for those who met expectations and 53% for those who exceeded expectations. Individual SIPs are being paid, while team SIPs are will not be paid.
Does anyone know the history of AIP from the 1st and 2nd RIFs last year? I thought people laid off during those got 100% of AIP as part of their "peace agreements" with their severance. Feels like this 3rd round I'm in may be a bit of a rude awakening. Thanks for the feedback.
AIP Bonus % amount is with senior leadership for approval.
The amount and approved % should be known next week
