Northplatte is running 2.5 machinist crews after farm outs today we have a shop full of locomotives on midnights if there lucky 2 to 3 crews after they farm out jv and his goons are saying absolutely no overtime they act like they care but they don't we need to get work out but no manager cares director only concerned about shop count staying low quality is out and quality is controlled by computer deferrals of work and management has the gall to say we are the problem there is very little bad stuff a li/le but most is recluse management won't let us do our work it tKes to long because we need the people but they don't care

If the locomotives are not accruing dwell time they are not really there. Get it ?
Welcome to psr. Write up whatever you find and document it on the 9414. If the powers that be decide to let it go, then so be it. Do what you can, but don't stress yourself.
