Some OSLs were already targeted, despite being brought into the firm with remote provisions. It would be interesting for a study re which OSLs got SVP approval and why. If someone working in MI (with no other related personnel in MI), is supporting a manager in NJ and with direct reports in MA, China, India - shouldn’t that person be hired out of NJ or at least MA? And hey, while we’re add it, shouldn’t that person really be based in communist China? What a crock of bs these leaders are. No wonder why they are losing and can only routinely cut comp, buy, and then ruin businesses - and people’s careers. While they may have their multi millions, they will go to their grave as cowards.
