Honestly, pretty satisfied with my review I had this week.

  1. 5% merit

110% bonus

I’m near the top of my pay bracket which is why 1.5% makes sense. I’ll be up for a promotion next year.

I came from 2 companies that never paid out bonuses (fortune 100) to 2 years in a row getting an increase and a large sum of cash as a bonus. During these hard time, I can only say I’m thankful.

GL 28 got a 3 but 100% positives on MAP.
1% Merit
1% RRP
Told the entire org did not meet IOI and the budget for reviews was slashed to prevent layoffs, lawsuits and Medicare/medicaid reimbursement. But from looking at the posts on this page, there are a LOT of folks that got pretty good compensation, and a few that didn’t.
Told GL 30+ received nothing.

F500 su-ks. They’re all the same 2% raises 50% bonuses and full of excuses. The small guys give 4-5% and 150% bonuses

Congratulations! It is very exciting to get extra when you have not ever gotten it and I am sure you deserved it!!! I miss the monetary bravo program where we used to be able to give high fives with a greasy palm attached to our peers instead of having to wait until the end of the year where put many amazing contributions where gone. Maybe this new review program will make it easier for those that shine all year to continue to be rewarded year over year.

I’ve been here for 10 yrs this year. Never gotten over a 3% merit or over 105% bonus despite being 4-5 MAP every year. Also advanced degrees twice & 2 certifications + hold multiple state licensure which is a ton of added work. They love 1-2% raises here. It’s fun…

My biggest issue with this company is the inconsistency across areas as to rewards. Despite ki-ling your goals you can get barely nothing.
