Boomers love to brag about their 20-30 years of experience while comfortably stagnating in their roles. If some here put in half the effort they spend on bigotry into professional development, maybe they'd gain skills to prevent being RIF'd. Just a thought for those who mistakenly believe longevity equals competence.

This site is pretty clear about terms of service and use. Its for layoff information - something those subjects have nothing to do with - and you cant name check people. This site is supported by ads and does not have the resources to catch every instance, but we do our best. If you have relevant information regarding layoff activity, please share, otherwise post on Reddit, Facebook or shout it in to your toilet bowl - it will ultimately have the same impact.
