And no promotions... of course LT doesn't need/rely on merits to face high inflation across the world economies, they can just sell TD stocks they shouldn't be receiving for their "outstanding" performance... for the rest of us... who cares about the rest of us?!?...
and by the way, if anyone expect this (some other measures included in the slide, like travel or real estate) will prevent layoffs, think again... they are imminent.
I imagine they hope this decision drives employees to leave faster in order to avoid paying more severance to a larger layoff pool
This is worse than when they changed the annual March bonus to suddenly be delayed and paid out in the summer months, a while back

Why do you care if they “care” about you. That’s not their job. Their job is to manage a successful company. They have failed. Why are you still there?
