Happened last year just prior to SKO so probably a good chance it happens again this year.

'Throwaway' comment about updating résumés earlier. Maybe if they saved money on the freaking Hilton in Anaheim and went Motel 6 and Spirit Air instead. they wouldn't have to get rid of actual talent and offshore support and development to filk that either don't understand the use cases of software or the language. Customers rightly hate ing us.
Someone renamed our SKO WhatsApp group to "NXT SHT Idea".
Fact is that lots of roles were overlay and just talent hoarding, Quest is really small vendor with narrow offers so having large teams in 2024 is no longer needed. Good for those who got free, rest of us will sink with titanic. Music will play louder.NXT here we come…

Patrick and all gang are also employees and they be gone if fail to deliver on numbers. Blame capitalism, if you want stability get government jobs
Is this thread referring to the One Identity layoffs that happened at the end of January, or is this a new round of layoffs?
For the person below. I feel your pain and I have had similar thoughts but it's not good to dwell on such thoughts. Those people are not worth thinking about. They don't care for their employees and we should care less for them. I hope the weekend brings you welcome distraction and a change of outlook. I hope that your circumstances improve soon too.
I pray to the just Lord that for what Quest has done to me and my family he does worse to the senior management tean and directors. Today I have no compassion. I only have rage. A pocks on them all.
I have just finished speaking to all the customers I had numbers and emails for and told them the truth of the levels of support and "improvements" they are likely to see in the software they purchased. To h-ll with Quest. To h-ll with them.

How they manage to cut down most valuable contributions is beyond me. Managers and each employee assigned personal manager.
Massive layoffs happening now. Not a good day to be a Quest employee or customer. Wow it's bad.
Folk that bring in business staying and folk that maintain business gone. Always looking for new logos. The software is quickly found out and the service not long after that. Cant maintain a house when you rid yourself of the foundations. This SKO is to prove that last year wasn't the last one. Mickey Mouse corporation.
