We have an all company meeting next week, sometimes layoffs are scheduled before, the day of, or shortly after these kinds of meetings, sometimes even in these meetings depending on the company. It might be worth it to you to look at the calendar of any HR reps you know to see if they have a shared large block of time overlapping with each other in mornings or afternoons that take place sometime next week. Of course this could just be a meeting they have in common, but I’ve learned that it can be a clue that layoffs are scheduled, as they are typically planned weeks in advance and conducted in one sweep as early in the day as possible.

Called it. About half my team got laid off. You boot lickers need to stop gaslighting people and wake the fu-k up lol
How do you know no layoffs are planned? Just because it’s a regularly scheduled meeting doesn’t mean layoffs are not on the agenda.
No layoffs are planned. We have a company wide call after every earnings call. The last one in Q3 was different due to Chip's ouster, but after every earnings call there is a company wide call a week or two later.
