There was a comment on a topic a week or two ago that said “motion equals progress” referring to the sr leadership. Well I would have to agree with that comment in light of the renaming of Field Operations. It serves no useful purposes other than to say…”We did something.” Give yourselves a pat on the back sr leadership! I don’t know what we would do without you.

All i can say is these Routes are god awful, if the gameplan was to force guys to quit field service mission accomplished ... i have a interview monday ... that being said i have no idea why they are doing surveys when they completely did a 180 the last few weeks
Re: Earning Comcast bonuses. If the insinuation is that some senior leadership has been “placed” at Altice as part of an effort to prepare for some kind of merger or acquisition, then I say bravo, go ahead and pay ‘em those bonuses. The business would far better serve its customers and employees under Comcast than by Altice/PD.

I don’t think it’s any secret that 2024 is going to see a lot of renaming, reorganizations, and people being paid to leave the company all in the name of “progress.” I would guess the current sr. leadership team has this year and next year to produce real results on the bottom line and if they fail to deliver PD will sweep this team out and replace them with yet another group who have no idea what they are doing.
