There is like 5 more major layoffs and reductions happening until 2026.. talks of reducing IT by 30k up til 2026 and chadmans out come next rounds

This is a fake, sarcastic thread started by a Citi "manager" or HR. Anyone replying to it is a Svcker and Fool.
Every 3 months there is going to be a layoff. Severance are paid in batches.
So March, June/July, October, and the cycle will repeat in 2025. The Sad news is skilled persons are already looking out and tremendous pressure will be mounting on every shoulders as more leave. Tight deadlines, Tracking, Micromanagement say all the drastic management words you will find at Citi. The faster you run, the faster you are saved. As some one said in the forum, no pennies, no promotions, the plan is to su-k you till you drain or till the project is closed.
