I left Nielsen some time ago, and was fortunate to land a decent job. I see that you all are going through quite a mess now. I can’t say I am surprised. Once you leave that place, your perspective will change, trust me. There are other opportunities, and you may end up with much better and more satisfying work. Keep your wits about you, that company doesn’t deserve you stressing and being anxious. Good luck to you all.

How am I holding up?
I'm completely checked out. Hardly doing my job anymore, and have basically Quiet Quit while I look or my next move. I'm sitting here earning free money until they cut me loose while I spend all my energy job seeking.
I have an external facing role too, so I'm not really even responding to clients anymore unless they follow up a bunch of times. And then I just give them short & curt responses.
It's not my problem if I sour a few client relationships with Nielsen on the way out.
The job steadily declined after Nielsen bought our group , it's a small chapter in
the tele book of adventures. Lots of mental counseling with coworkers weekly. It was a joy to fill the stressful corporate meeting with hysteria for a hundred people after a short comment, eight short words , turned stress and dread into humor and funny.
I recently left too. SO happy to be out of that mess! Life is good (better) on the other side of Nielsen. Leave as quick as you can.
