Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

No one listens.

Employees have been saying for years that there are too many layers and processes are too encumber some, long, obstructive, complex, inflexible etc… no one cared.

So now Jane says she’s trimming down things to make it less complex because of too many layers and processes according to our customers.

So, when the VOE comes out the questions of:
“I feel valued”
“I feel the VOE makes a difference”
“I feel that management listens to honest feedback”

You feel the need to answer with a resounding “No”.

Of course the do not listen. The survey is just for optics. They do not give a flying flip what we think.

The survey is pointless. 1. They don't listen like the OP said. 2. It puts a mark on your back because you are not falling for the swamp land being sold or drinking the Kool-Aid. I am beginning to think that they like it dysfunctional or they are completely insane. I've given up on providing any helpful feedback on surveys, meeting, etc. No one cares or listens anyway so why waste my time, breath and effort. lol

People are not honest on those surveys anywhere because we all know they’re not really anonymous

Jane has no problems. She’s been brought in to chop up the business and sell it off in slices. She’s doing what she does best, being a hatchet man\woman (er..whatever).

Jane’s biggest problem is what to spend all of her money on all the while laughing at everyone else’s angst.

Jane’s problems are much bigger than the VOE now
