Everyone in the team is looking for moving out. There are no clear directions and there are more expectations about upcoming budget cuts and job cuts. given such as instable environment. I would rather quit than struggling here. I’m just going to keep quiet without doing any work till they let me go

Very soon they will start backfilling IT roles with Indian software companies and moving jobs to India.
Don't let them actually fire you! Do what you have to and keep looking. Many people are leaving for new jobs, they do not share Jane's vision. They just lost a finance person, 10+ years over this mess. Find a new job, and leave them hanging. The "Hiring Council" will take forever to approve the Renault.
Stingy. Citi trying to save pennies by cutting office cleaning. They want workers in person but stopped cleaning desks and took away cleaning wipes. Citi went from pretending to care about a clean office environment to a cesspool of germs.
