This man is a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing and has laid off over 400+ folks in Boeing Digital Aviation on March 12th 2024 without any warning. While most people who were laid off are still sitting out their 60 days WARN notice, the hiring of new folks already started. This was an action to obscure the $70million in profits that was in the bank in 2023 and the Digital business burned through with no return. Brad Surak has and is also bringing in his confidants from companies he previously worked for. These people have come in without going through proper job applications or interviews, they just showed up one day. His initials say it all 'BS' and he has a negative track record with Hitachi Vantara and GE Digital running these businesses into the ground. Leadership at Boeing apparently has done no proper checking and totally relied on the executive search firm, Korn Ferry.

Anyone who “goes“against Boeing particularly if you go to the ethics department will be retaliated against. You are almost guaranteed to be laid off.
Hard to use the word Boeing and ethics in the same sentence since they’re completely opposite of each other.
All of these whistleblowers unless they have some type of seniority based retention rating will be retaliated against at the next round of loss. That’s why it’s particularly hard for engineer to speak out because they have no seniority based protection from layoffs

As well-reported in news today and in past, Boeing retaliates if a competent, honest employee reports any defect or concern to their leadership that costs additional time or money to remedy. So this has never been an option.

The whistleblowers were yes men themselves. Otherwise, they would have seen to getting the problems fixed on the spot. Instead, they're just looking to get a Netflix movie produced by the Obamas.
Yep, the faux Boeing engineering society. Knew it very well. Consists of "team players" solely selected by management...you know..."Yes men". The real Boeing engineers are the ones testifying to Congress how deficient the engineering and manufacturing is at Boeing in likely a vain attempt to save lives. Boeing is now in an unrecoverable flat spin into the ground.
Unlike every other engineering based industry, Boeing doesn't require their engineering team leaders to be licensed engineers. They even created a faux engineering society whose members are just selected by the leadership and not required to be licensed engineers or even have an engineering degree. There’s leadership structure is such that there is zero accountability in all things at Boeing. Boeing has truly become the opposite of what an engineering company needs to be. So it shouldn't be surprising that Boeing is no longer capable of doing anything that requires competent engineering.
So true. Once low life degenerates gain control and power, they will take a company and country to their low level. Happened at Boeing and other companies and may happen in US if these degenerates remain unaccountable for their many crimes.

To call the Boeing leadership a viper den is very appropriate. You have to be the worst of the worst to climb the Boeing promotion ladder. There are some Boeing leadership nepos with an engineering degrees paid for by their daddies for were Boeing executives and put them on the leadership fast track. But none of these nepos ever did one day of actual real engineering work and none of these nepos have a professional engineering license to prove that they are even remotely capable of doing and understanding engineering work.
And this guy was an engineer.
