Do citi care about the people who resolved problems? I see all talkers are promoted to managerial position in this reorg!

My manager told me I work for him - not for Citi. And I have to satisfy his requests firsts - business values are not matters.
It is pretty much that Citi today.
everywhere is the same. Morgan Stanley is the worst in valuing talkers higher than problem solvers, Citi and BoA are tie as 2nd worst, JPM and GS are also full of bullsh-t and Well Fargo eats the sh-t.
My manager in Poland straight up told me that even if it’s bullsh-t and actually suggested solution brings zero added value if not negative , all that matters is the presentation so his bosses pat him on this back. He got promoted as a part of the re-org.
The less your IQ is and the more willing you are to be a brown noser the better are the chances to move up.

Yes. That is what is happening now. People who send out newsters, cheerleaders are promoted and technical people are demoted. How about Citi turns to NY post so they could do better on news and presentation!!!!
