The reason for asking is the fact that I was laid off from Optum in February after working for them for the last two years after the Landmark acquisition. I interviewed really well with Amedisys recently and may quite possibly receive an offer from them, and the people were so pleasant. But I honestly don’t want to be in the same boat again a year from now, this job market is the most cutthroat I’ve seen in my lifetime.
