Not sure how Offerpad has been keeping their multiple rounds of layoffs over the last 18 months quite an out of the lime light. The latest round being 4/9/24. Which included closing multiple markets. I predict there is not much time left before their doors close.

More layoffs in April 2025 and now on the verge of being delisted. Doors will close soon. Interested to see their May 5th qtr 1 2025 numbers. Not sure how they continue to loose 10’s of millions and stay in business.

I heard they are closing more Markets today.
They raised enough funds last year to keep the afloat until now. Their focus didn’t transition to the current market. I’m inclined to believe they will be gone soon.
