Has anyone heard any rumors about this? I’m wondering if Citi will do this or if they legally can. I just assume they’ll decrease the bonus instead of a pay decrease.

I lost my direct reports-- no impact to my pay. Still a VP, just no manager in my role now.. went from Senior Manager to Lead Analyst.
In rare instances you get an option to take a package as a manager position has been eliminated or work as IC at lower rate. this only happens if you were at the top of the range
