I haven't seen anyone’s thoughts on the new creative filming studio spaces. Is there just no talk about it anywhere else because it isn't well known or is it just that no one cares?

It’s not a new direction. It’s a new location.
Nah, I wasn’t looking for a story. Just opinions because it seems like a pretty neat direction for the company.
We've never really talked about the studios to employees or externally (except to partners) -- not when they were in Arlington and not the studio in Cape Town. Our lease was ending in Arlington so we moved it into HQ and it serves a functional purpose for content creation with faculty. Without knowledge about what the lease in Arlington would have cost to continue, it's really hard to evaluate whether the build out in HQ made sense at the time they made that decision three years ago. There's no story on this one, but feel free to poke at it if you want.
I could see that. But, apparently, it’s bringing in consistent revenue.
It was a massive amount of wasted money to build and served mostly to feed Chip's wannabe ego.
