This week has been a true delight. We all got some cool shades to observe the sun & moon interaction and enjoy some late afternoon snacks and downtime. Nothing better than coming to work and collaborating over breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, snack time, and then hit the ole gym bags. There are so many haters on here. They must have been some that left or were let go and are now having to actually work for their paycheck. Don’t worry boyz, I’ll soak up the extra for ya!

Don't worry, all the easy life you have just by showing up, and reaping off the goods made be the real hard working people, will be met by a sh-t ton of bad karma for you and your close ones. I'm talking about generational curse baby!

The culture has been toxic since Doug got fired. And it has just gotten worse over time with every bad leadership hire and promotion. Just waiting on a package and enjoying the moon pies and the gym in the meantime as there isn't any actual work being done in my department. It's kinda fun but I suspect it can't last forever.
Enjoy those shades. You will need them to keep you from seeing all the negativity and toxicity that is in the culture of this Company. I have given this much thought and I believe the root of this toxic and backstabbing culture is people are still operating in a defensive mode afraid of the next RIF. They will do anything to keep themselves from looking bad and putting themself on their leaders bad side. So now we have a bunch of yes men and women.
